2020年北京时间4月19日凌晨2点至10点，世界被音乐唤醒，也是载入历史的8小时。这场由LadyGaga策划、携手Global Cityzen和世界卫生组织WHO举办的《One World: Together at Home》演唱会（《同一个世界：共同在家》），碧丽·艾利什、泰勒·斯威夫特、保罗·麦卡特尼、安德烈·波切利、查理·普斯、约翰·传奇、郎朗、陈奕迅、张学友等著名音乐人，用音乐带给世界力量。截止目前，这场演唱会共筹集了1.279亿（美元）的善款，将全部投用于抗击新冠肺炎COVID-19。
一首全球战疫MV《We Are The World》也在这一天重新传唱，让人再一次感受到了病毒无国界，疫情是全人类面临的共同挑战，唯有团结合作才能共同应对。
这是一首旋律优美，意义深远的公益歌曲，获得1986年格莱美“年度最佳歌曲奖”的殊荣。34年的时光流逝却洗刷不去这首经典老歌的光辉岁月。
《We Are The World》（《四海一家》）是迈克尔·杰克逊和莱昂纳尔·里奇作曲、迈克尔杰克逊作词的歌曲。1985年，埃塞俄比亚和苏丹的食物短缺、人民挨饿的消息震惊了迈克尔-杰克逊和莱昂内尔-里奇，杰克逊认为自己“该做点什么”，于是他们合写了这首歌曲。
1985年1月28日，迈克尔·杰克逊、莱昂纳尔·里奇等美国45位歌手联合演唱了该首歌曲。歌曲于1985年3月7日通过哥伦比亚唱片公司发布。歌曲于1985年4月13日登上公告牌百强单曲榜榜首，连续停留了四周 。1986年2月25日，歌曲获得第28届格莱美奖“年度制作”、“年度歌曲”、“最佳短篇音乐录影带”、“最佳流行合作表演”四项大奖 。该首歌曲最终为非洲筹集了至少6000万美元的慈善捐款。
